To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Drinksy.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Premium subscription access ends at the conclusion of the paid billing period.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
